George Stevens Jr. is the current Vice President of Laujel Realty Corp. He started his career after leaving Barry University in Miami at 18 to pursue his career in real estate. After getting licensed from NYU and taking other real estate finance courses there as well, he started his career with Friedman-Roth Realty. There he specialized in apartment rentals and commercial sales. While helping find clients apartments all over the city and filling vacancies for any buildings that the company owned, he also focused on commercial sales in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx. At the age of 21, he decided to leave Friedman-Roth after three amazing years there and accepted his position as Vice President of Laujel Realty.
George is an experienced licensed Real Estate Salesperson with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. He is skilled in commercial real estate, residential real estate, apartment rentals, short sales and loan modifications. George has always demonstrated a interest in real estate. Being that his mother, Christina Stevens, has been a broker since before he was even born, he spent his childhood in her office fraternizing with her employees and soaking in information. His first job was even as the assistant for the office at the age of 16. George joined Laujel Realty with the intention to build his own portfolio while taking the company to the next stop. He hopes to provide a new, more modern approach to how this company does business as well as building a culture of excellence and hard work within the company. It’s his goal to keep the legacy of this company alive while taking it to new heights.
